Ebi Sushi Plush

I had quite a bit of extra ultra plush fabric to make tamago plushies so I decided to try to make an ebi (shrimp) one as well. I'm pleased at how well the shrimp turned out. Though I did have one old lady think it was a bunny with orange ears. O.o Pretty sure she's never had sushi before. Ebi is one of my favorite nigiri sushis and is a great choice to start out with for those who want to try sushi but are afraid to be too daring. Not sure if I should make more of these for the future? Perhaps if there is enough love for them I will.
